We just settled on some land with her @Sunland Ranch/3/4 acre. We have seen some models by Schel and Insight and since Kathy saw we were still shopping she suggested you. I answered by saying that custom building would be over our heads but Kathy encouraged us to contact you. We have never had a home made for us before. We do have time because we are not going to put our current home on the market before 2/2012. So, here I am writing to you not knowing how to begin. In terms of the 2 builders we did see, I liked the Schel designs more and of course liked the energy efficiency of them both.
