We just finished this loft bedroom in Lewes, Delaware. In addition to creating a unique living space and adding over 400 square feet for the homeowners, we took advantage of our energy auditing credentials and expertise to improve this home's energy efficiency in the process. We used open cell spray foam insulation and advanced air sealing techniques to achieve a 26% improvement in energy efficiency. Additionally, our auditing credentials qualified the homeowner for approximately $3,000.00 in rebates.
Now that's a "win win" situation.
