Home Access Program
Home Access Program
The Home Access Program is an initiative started by Handi-Ramp, a company that has been manufacturing handicap accessible ramps since 1958. Helping individuals and families find realtors who can assist in the search for a handicap accessible home or consultants who can modify a current home is the premise of the program. They have compiled a searchable database of realtors and consultants across the country who are willing and able to aid in this search. So whether you're in the market for an accessible home or interested in modifying your current home, the Home Access Program is the resource for you. We are proud to be associated with this new online resource.
Certified Aging In Place Specialist

The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation program teaches the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry: home modifications for the aging-in-place. A Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) has been trained in the unique needs of the older adult population, aging in place home modifications, common remodeling projects, and solutions to common barriers. Bill Bell of Gotcha Covered has been CAPS certified since 2003.
